Tech Lead — started from a refactor request, then led an upgrade to better tooling and a headless architecture.

Problem

The existing platform needed a refactor — older tooling limited performance and how content could scale across bootcamps and video classes.

Approach

Took over as Tech Lead, upgraded the engine/tooling, and re-architected to a headless setup — WordPress as the CMS feeding a Next.js front end — for faster pages and easier content management.
