Approach

Led the technical build of a platform to rent and manage verified ad accounts and run TikTok Ads & Shop in one place — with media-spend aggregation, governance/compliance reporting, GMV Max automation, instant ad-account creation, real-time top-up, and TikTok Business Center whitelist access.
